How Jivanyog trust been made and how members give their contribution?
Initially Obstetric and Gynaec department run by Jyoti Trust sanchalit. Jyoti Hospital since separation from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Trust sanchalit Sardar Hospital in January,1985. Both departments Ophthalmic and Obstetric-Gynaec departments are running well and developing very fast with the space of time and science. Meanwhile Dr. Mihir Joshi chairman of Jyoti Trust met late Respected and Vandaniya Vimla Tai who suggested to initiate second trust as per the need for future development. Hence Jivanyog Trust established in the year of 1992.
The Obstetric-Gynaec department was closed from the Jyoti Hospital in October, 1991. After that time Jivanyog Trust was ready to establish the Obstetric- Gynaec department within Jivanyog Trust so far From March, 1992 the Obstetric-Gynaec department has been started to till now.

The aims of the Trust to provide Medical and Education facilities by charitable means.
The Jyoti Hospital run by Jyoti Trust at present near Nootan High School, Visnagar. Ophthalmic department established in 1971 and shifted to this location in November, 1981. The department of Ob- Gyn run by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Trust sanchalit Sardar Hospital since 16th January, 1984 to January, 1985 for 1 year and then Ob- Gyn department run by Jyoti Trust sanchalit Jyoti Hospital for 8 years till Oct 1991.
In Mar 1992 Jivanyog Trust sanchalit Jivanyog Nursing Home started Obstetric- Gynaec department at Jyoti Hospital campus and still running. The General Surgical department started by Jivanyog Trust in 2005. Jyoti Hospital, Jyoti Trust and Trustees have helped in all possible ways to develop and run Jivanyog Nursing Home run by Jivanyog Trust.

At early stage in January, 1985, right after starting Obstetric-Gynaec department in Jyoti Hospital, Jyoti trust was facing financial difficulties for development and construction of the departments. Fortunately Dr. Mihir Joshi chairman of Jyoti Trust met Late Shree Ratibhai Dhanani and Smt, Vilasben Dhanani family natively from small village of Saurashtra and now established in Wembley, London, UK. At that time Dhanani family and Shravika Satsang Mandal financially helped to construct the new building for the Obstetric and Gynaec department. Their noble and generous donation to get expensive and latest machines mainly for the Ophthalmic department and few for Obstetric-Gynaec department that helped trust to develop not just rapidly but also allowed to serve and provide benefit to the people of Visnagar and surrounding places within their reach with affordable cost and to their doorstep. Jyoti Trust is running a kitchen (mess) at Jyoti Hospital campus. This kitchen is handled by caterer team of Mr Ugamsingh Vaghela. He is with Jivanyog trust since the inception.
This kitchen gets wheat grain every year from 2 to 3 villages of Visnagar Taluka as donation. With such support from donors, Jyoti Hospital and Jivanyog Nursing Home ‘s patients and one of their relative get healthy Lunch and dinner for free.
